Shipping Policies
At Mamie Odette, we take great care in ensuring that your orders are packed securely and shipped promptly. Please read below for details about our shipping processes, costs, and delivery times.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped. Please note that during peak periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods & Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5 to 10 business days.
- Express Shipping: 2 to 4 business days.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. For orders over a certain value ($150 or more), free standard shipping may be available as a special promotion.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment in real time. If you have any issues with tracking your package, feel free to contact us at hello@mamieodette.com for assistance.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, or postal service disruptions. Mamie Odette is not responsible for such delays, but we will do our best to keep you informed.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Mamie Odette is not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@mamieodette.com. We may require photos of the damaged package or a confirmation from the carrier to assist in resolving the issue. In case of a lost shipment, we will work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement or refund if necessary.
Customs & Duties
For orders shipped within Canada, no customs fees or import duties will apply. However, if you are ordering from a remote or rural location, additional fees may apply based on local delivery conditions. These fees will be communicated at checkout or after your order is processed.
