Returns & Exchanges
At Mamie Odette, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help. Please review our returns and exchanges policy below.
Return Policy
We accept returns on eligible products within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that the items are unused, unopened, and in their original condition. To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:
- Contact Us: Send an email to hello@mamieodette.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
- Return Approval: We will review your request and provide you with a return authorization if your return is approved.
- Return Shipping: Once approved, you can return the item to the address provided. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
- Refund Process: After we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product, we accept exchanges for eligible items under the following conditions:
- Contact Us: Email us at hello@mamieodette.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange. Please specify the new product or variant you would prefer.
- Exchange Approval: We will review your request and provide instructions for the exchange process. Any price difference between the exchanged products will need to be settled before shipping the new item.
- Shipping the Exchange: Return the original product in its unopened, unused condition. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part. We will ship the new item once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
For reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Opened or used cosmetics.
- Perishable food items, such as jams, honey, and pâtés, once the packaging has been opened.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at hello@mamieodette.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by replacing the product or offering a full refund.
